I had the chance to stop into LeSara Cupcake Bar in Colleyville, Texas a few days ago. First, let me say that their concept of a cupcake bar is very creative! You start by selecting what type of cake you want from their daily selection. These are already prepared and in the first display case. Secondly, you choose what type of frosting you would like and lastly, you can add additional toppings to make your cupcake creation personalized just for your taste! Their website states their goal is to provide the best cupcake experience of your life. Wow!
The owners, Dan & Susan are great people. They told me that the name comes from combining their daughters names: Leslie and Sara. They really believe in great customer service and great cupcakes...and it shows! The location is in a pretty busy strip mall, but when you come in, you feel like you can relax a little and slow down, with a great cupcake of course! There isn't any seating but there is a small table if you can't wait and have to have a cupcake right away. Their attention to flavors and freshness could be tasted instantly.
